I’VE COME HOME
I like it here. The layers peel away
Our scouring wind & lung-searing heat.
We lather up so we don’t leather up!
We like our pizza & beer
But remember, we’re not all here…
The spirits remember us to the mountains
They even remember the oceans!
We came here to be tested,
Yes! Again!
Each time knowing more deeply
Soon these will cease to be, being no longer needed.
We’ll meet the one we want to be
Walking every street.
Heart-opening music
In a heart-opening of a town
We find leftovers of the Ark
But they never say which one.
